During Your Booking

Events: Vendors, Food Trucks & Kids

  • Yes, at your own cost and responsibility. All vendors must hold current Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10 million cover) and comply with relevant food and equipment safety regulations. Food and drink vendors must also hold a valid Food Act registration and lodge a Statement of Trade (SOT) for your event date. We may ask for proof of these documents before the event — vendors who can't provide them may be refused access without refund.

  • Only when supplied by a professional, insured provider and appropriately sized for the space. Setup and supervision are your responsibility, and we may refuse inflatables that present safety or space concerns.

  • Yes, but children must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian at all times — the studio is not a childcare facility.
